Extras: another area — PLN 990 net; on-site workshop — travel costs added; order an implementation within 30 days and we deduct 50% of the workshop price.

All prices are net (excluding VAT). The final quote depends on scope, customisation and your company’s specifics — always in writing before we start.

How we price

Net prices

All amounts on the website are net. 23% Polish VAT is added. Invoices are issued by bāAlpha sp. z o.o.

Price before start

Scope, timeline and price are confirmed in writing before work starts. Scope changes are quoted separately before we make them.

Payment

Implementations: usually 50% before start and 50% on hand-over. Care plans — monthly in advance.

Third-party costs

Licences and subscriptions (e.g. Notion, Google Workspace, marketplaces, couriers) are paid directly by you or at actual cost — no hidden mark-up.

FAQ
Why are some prices “from”?

Because they depend on the number of accounts, databases, products or data quality. “From” is the lowest realistic scope. We give the exact amount in writing before we start.

Is the first call paid?

No. A call of up to 30 minutes is free. Only the diagnostic workshop or an implementation is paid.

Do I have to buy a care plan?

No. Care is optional. Faults within the implemented scope that appear within 30 days of hand-over are fixed at no extra cost.
