privacy · local ai · zero cloud

Pasting client data into ChatGPT? Wondering where it actually ends up.

bāAI is private artificial intelligence running exclusively on your own hardware — no document, no conversation, no query ever leaves your business. Classification, summaries, and daily routine work happen locally; you escalate to the cloud deliberately for harder tasks, not by default.

01 — the problem

Convenient AI.
An inconvenient question: where is your data?

100%
of routine queries stay local
0
OpenAI/Google/Anthropic accounts needed day-to-day
2
deployment tiers to choose from

Every query to ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude is data that leaves your business and lands on servers in another country, under another jurisdiction, with a different retention policy. For a casual chat, that doesn't matter. For a client contract, medical records, HR data, or pricing strategy — it does.

bāAI puts a local model right where your computer or server already sits. Zero data transfer outside for tasks a model can handle on its own — classification, tagging, summaries, first-pass sorting. Only when a task genuinely needs it do you deliberately escalate to the cloud — your call, not the tool's default behavior.

This is a new addition to our lineup — built on a recipe we tested on ourselves first. First deployments launch this quarter, in limited numbers, so each one gets proper attention.

02 — how it works

Your hardware. Your escalation rules.

An AI ladder: start at the cheapest, most private tier, climb higher only when the task demands it.

01local

Local model

Classification, tagging, and summaries happen on your own hardware, with no internet access. We match the model to your GPU/RAM and real workload — not aspirationally.

02optional

Cheap cloud API

When a task outgrows the local model, you deliberately and selectively escalate to cheaper or free APIs. You decide exactly what goes there.

03rarely

Advanced AI

Hard analysis and final client-facing text stay at the top of the ladder — used when you genuinely need top-tier quality, not on every single query.

The interface is a lightweight browser chat panel talking directly to the local model engine — no extra server to maintain, no account to create, no memory footprint beyond the browser tab itself.

03 — what's included

Deployed on your terms, not a SaaS subscription.

Hardware assessment

We check RAM, GPU, and OS, and pick a realistic model instead of promising more than your hardware can deliver.

Installation and configuration

Model engine, system services with auto-restart, network access restricted to your own infrastructure.

Chat panel

A simple browser interface, no account, no signing in to a third-party service.

"What to use for what" guide

Clear documentation on which model handles which task — so nobody tries to draft a client offer with the classification model.

Network security

Access limited to local or your own private network — zero ports opened to the outside world.

Optional care plan

Model updates, monitoring, and support when something breaks — no rebuild from scratch.

Who it's for

Businesses handling sensitive data — law firms, HR, accounting, healthcare — and anyone who'd rather not guess where client data ends up after pasting it into an AI chat.

Proven in practice

The same recipe — matching the model to the task, auto-restarting services, network limited to local infrastructure — is running today as a pilot on our own hardware. Client deployments build on that foundation, not from scratch.

Requirements: for Tier 1 ("Your hardware") — a computer or server with at least 16 GB RAM (32 GB recommended), Windows, macOS, or Linux. For Tier 2 ("Turnkey device") — nothing, we supply a device configured from scratch.
04 — pricing

Two tiers. One rule: your data stays with you.

🆕 Early access — first deployments launch this quarter, in limited numbers, so each one gets proper attention.

Tier 1 — Your hardware
2900 zł/ one-time

Care plan (optional): 199 zł/month — model updates, monitoring, support.
Tier 2 — Turnkey device
7400 zł/ one-time
A dedicated device, configured from scratch
  • A device sized for your workload, not shared with anything else
  • Fully configured before delivery — plug in and it works
  • The same chat panel and documentation as Tier 1

Care plan (optional): 249 zł/month — as above, plus hardware support.
05 — questions

Before you order.

Not at everything. Smaller local models are great at classification, tagging, and summaries, but they won't replace the best cloud models for writing final client-facing text or hard analysis. bāAI works as a ladder: locally we do what the local model does well, and only escalate to the cloud deliberately for the rest.

By default, everything stays local. Only what you deliberately send to the cloud goes there — bāAI never does this automatically or in the background.

For Tier 1 ("Your hardware"): at least 16 GB RAM (32 GB recommended), any operating system, a reasonably modern CPU; a GPU speeds things up but isn't required for smaller models. For Tier 2 ("Turnkey device") — nothing, we supply a device already sized for your workload.

Because we're being upfront: this is a new offering, built on a recipe tested on our own hardware first. We're limiting first deployments this quarter so each one gets individual attention, instead of promising a scale we don't yet have the right to promise.

Nothing — keep them if you want. bāAI doesn't require giving up anything. It just reduces how many queries need to reach the cloud, because routine tasks get handled locally.

The local model itself generates no API costs — you only pay for electricity. Optional care (199–249 zł/month) covers model updates, monitoring, and support, but isn't required for it to run.
