Content generation
A chain of three free AI models (if one hits a limit, the worker falls through to the next) writes per-platform copy variants, hashtags, and — for carousels — a slide plan.
Write one sentence, or point at an event — Herald picks the copy, composes a branded graphic (or a whole carousel), and publishes to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. No opening Canva, no watching the posting calendar, no scrambling to finish a graphic the night before.
Write the copy, match it to each platform's limits, make a graphic in brand colors, post it to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok separately — that's an hour of work per post, that someone has to do regularly to keep a profile alive.
Herald turns one sentence of a brief into a finished, published post. Notion is the control panel — you write a brief or point at an event, the engine generates copy per platform, composes a branded graphic (or a whole carousel), and publishes automatically on the schedule you set.
Two steps stay manual, because Meta never shipped a public API for them: creating a Facebook Event and posting into Facebook Groups. Herald prepares the finished material and a reminder — you just click.
Four steps, one engine on Cloudflare Workers, running every 10 minutes.
A chain of three free AI models (if one hits a limit, the worker falls through to the next) writes per-platform copy variants, hashtags, and — for carousels — a slide plan.
Three layers: an approved image pool → stock photos matched by search phrase → AI-generated background when nothing else fits. Always within your palette.
Logo, typography and brand colors are hard-coded into the template — the AI never touches them. Output: a finished PNG, or a full set of carousel slides.
The fourth step — publishing — only starts after your approval in Notion (configurable per post type), and runs through the Graph API (Instagram, Facebook) and the TikTok Content Posting API, on whichever channels you set on that row of the content calendar.
Worker, R2, D1 and API keys live with you — not on our infrastructure.
Square post, event cover, vertical story/quote, carousel variant — matched to your brand book.
One panel: idea → copy → graphic → approval → publishing, with visible status at every stage.
Graph API and TikTok Content Posting API configuration, including the Meta App Review submission.
"Pending approval" status before anything goes live — you decide what's automatic and what waits for your click.
Monitoring, refreshing Meta tokens, and template tweaks without a fresh setup.
Small businesses and brands with a regular content calendar — classes, events, offers — who want to keep an active profile across several platforms at once, without a full-time hire or an agency retainer.
The same engine runs live in production for emosens' social media — Instagram publishing confirmed end-to-end, Facebook and TikTok rolling out in the following phases.
The top price point in the bāApps line — not one integration, but a full engine: content generation, a three-layer background engine, branded rendering, carousels and publishing to three platforms at once.
Not entirely. Herald writes copy, composes graphics and publishes to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok automatically. Creating a Facebook Event and posting into Facebook Groups have no public API — those two steps stay manual, but Herald prepares the finished material and a reminder.
Infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers, R2, D1, AI engines) runs on free tiers — 0 zł a month at a typical volume of a few to a dozen posts a week. The only optional cost is ad budget for boosted posts, if you use it.
No. Logo, typography and brand colors are hard-coded into the template layer, outside the AI model's reach. The AI only generates the background underneath that layer, plus the copy.
By default every post lands in a "Pending approval" status in Notion before it publishes — you click to approve. This safeguard is configurable per post type.
Instagram and Facebook (post, carousel, story) fully automatically, TikTok as a photo carousel (first as a draft you approve in the app, fully automatic later once the app passes audit).
Depends on the number of templates and scope — typically 1–2 weeks, including the Meta App Review wait time, which is outside our control.
