Someone is asking
about what you do. Sentinel makes sure you see it.

In Facebook groups, people ask every day about things you happen to sell — you just need to notice before someone else answers. Sentinel helps systematically review selected groups for your keywords and collects matches in Notion — for now in a manually assisted model, with no automation that would break Facebook's terms.

automation that breaks FB's terms

In industry and local Facebook groups, people regularly ask about products and services you happen to offer — you just have to see it in time. Manually checking a dozen groups a day takes time, and it's easy to miss something.

Sentinel systematizes that review — it helps track selected groups for keywords from your offer and logs matches as entries in Notion, ready for a fast reply.

We'll say it plainly up front: Facebook doesn't like automated access to groups, so at this stage Sentinel works in a manually assisted model — it helps your team work more systematically, it doesn't replace them with a bot that breaks the rules.

02 — how it works

Review, match,
log.

Modeled on bāApps Beacon — only instead of monitoring automation health, it monitors conversations.

01review

Systematic group review

A set rhythm for reviewing selected FB groups — manual to start, with a checklist so nothing slips through.

02match

Keyword matching

A keyword list from your offer helps quickly tell an actual sales opportunity from background noise.

03alert

Logged in Notion

A match becomes a record in your Leads database — with the question text, a link, and the date, ready for a reply.

03 — what's included

Honest about the stage we're at.

A keyword list matched to your offer

We work out together which phrases and questions signal a real lead versus noise.

A Leads database in Notion

Every match is a record ready for quick qualification and a reply.

A set review rhythm

A fixed schedule (e.g. every morning) instead of random scrolling.

Compliant with Facebook's terms

No automated group scraping — the risk of an account ban is real and not worth it.

Direct contact during the pilot

As one of our first clients you have direct influence on how the tool takes shape.

A path toward further automation

Wherever it can be done safely and within the rules, we'll build it out.

Who it's for

Businesses and freelancers who know their customers ask about them in specific Facebook groups, but don't have the time or a dedicated person to review them systematically.

Part of the bāApps family

Sentinel is modeled on bāApps Beacon — only instead of monitoring automation health, it monitors the conversations where your sales opportunity shows up.

Requirements: a list of FB groups worth monitoring for questions, a keyword list from your offer, a Notion workspace with a Leads database (we set this up together). To start we work in a manual/assisted model — we won't log into your FB account on your behalf without explicit consent and separate arrangements.
04 — pricing

A preliminary estimate.
Scope and price — after a conversation.

Sentinel is early stage — the figure below is our estimate for a basic scope (a few groups, one keyword list). We set the final quote and billing model (one-time or subscription) after a conversation about your case.

  • Setting the group list and keywords
  • A Leads database in Notion, ready to use
  • More groups or daily coverage — quoted separately
  • Billing model (one-time / subscription) — to be settled

Care plan (optional): approx. 99 zł / month — ongoing keyword updates and effectiveness review.
05 — questions

Before you ask.

At this stage we deliberately don't automate access to FB groups — Facebook's terms clearly restrict automated content scraping. Sentinel works in an assisted model: it helps a team systematically review selected groups and log matches in Notion.

No. Sentinel is early stage — a product proposal built on a real need, with no client deployments yet. The price is an estimate; the final quote is always individual.

Scope — number of groups, review frequency, keyword list — is set individually in the first conversation. It directly affects pricing.

We only save what's needed to assess a lead — the question text, a link to the post, the date. It lands in your Notion database, not on our infrastructure beyond the working tool.

Possibly, but only within limits that don't violate Facebook's terms or risk an account ban — for now the priority is a safe, manually supervised process.
